Our SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) professionals deliver strategic solutions to help clients transform their logistics operations, improving cost, efficiency, quality and effectiveness. You will bridge business needs and technical solutions, interact with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze them, and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. This role is part of EY’s SAP practice, with capabilities in Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch, and SuccessFactors to drive operational efficiency and performance. Responsibilities
Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. Analyze and verify that SAP EWM and related modules meet business requirements. Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Participate in Explore phase design workshops. Configure SAP EWM and other related SAP modules. Design and document functional specifications for custom RICEF solutions. Perform testing and support training material development. Provide on-site hypercare support to warehouse users. Maintain strong client relationships, monitor progress, manage risks, and inform stakeholders of progress and outcomes. Travel to meet client needs as required. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 2-4 years’ relevant experience with SAP EWM. Strong technical skills in application functional design and SAP configuration. Experience defining technology business requirements, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills. Ability to research client inquiries, regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. Ability to build and manage client relationships with effective communication. Willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40-60%. Preferred/Additional
Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience. SAP certification(s). Experience with at least one full lifecycle SAP EWM implementation and hands-on SAP system configuration. Experience designing custom RICEF solutions and writing functional specifications and test scripts. Experience creating training materials and understanding warehouse operations in distribution or manufacturing. What We Look For
