Represent clients in family law matters, including drafting documents, motions, and discovery requests/responses Participate in settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution as appropriate Collaborate with support staff and clients to manage matters from intake to resolution Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent Admitted to the State Bar of California 4+ years of family law experience Proficiency in drafting discovery, motions, and associated legal documents Participation in settlement negotiations Equal Opportunity
