About the Role
Lead and manage maintenance and engineering teams, promoting safety and continuous improvement. Responsibilities
Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize asset reliability. Manage capital projects, equipment upgrades, and facility expansions. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards. Collaborate with operations leadership to improve equipment performance and production efficiency. Develop and manage maintenance budgets, capital expenditure forecasts, and vendor relationships. Implement best practices for reliability engineering, root cause analysis, and energy efficiency. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field (preferred). 7+ years of progressive maintenance/engineering experience in a manufacturing setting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Required Skills
Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. Proven track record of leading teams through change and driving operational improvements. Experience with CMMS systems, TPM, and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Preferred Skills
