Family Law Attorney (Hybrid Opportunity) at gpac. This is a hybrid role based in Washington with a compensated base pay range of $135,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr. gpac is a recruitment firm partnering with a well-established law firm seeking a Family Law Attorney to join their team. Responsibilities
Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence cases. Draft pleadings, declarations, subpoenas, financial disclosures, mediation statements, and trial briefs. Handle discovery, including propounding and responding, drafting meet-and-confer letters, and preparing motions to compel. Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Prepare deposition outlines, witness questions, and exhibits for hearings and trials. Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda and motions. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Active membership with the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA). 3-8 years of experience practicing family law. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and client management abilities. Benefits
