Linux Engineer
with a strong background in systems administration, automation, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Linux internals, networking, and modern DevOps practices, with a strong focus on reliability, performance, and automation. Key Responsibilities & Skills In-depth expertise in
Linux system administration , including kernel tuning, OS hardening, and managing the Linux networking stack. Strong
networking knowledge
with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues using standard Linux tools. Solid understanding of
storage technologies
and protocols such as
SAN/NAS . Proven ability to
troubleshoot complex OS-level issues
in enterprise environments. Hands-on experience with
virtualization technologies
in production settings. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining
system hygiene
and driving projects to successful completion. Strong focus on
automation
, with demonstrated experience in building automated configuration and deployment frameworks for Linux.
Proficiency in Ansible is required. Clear preference for
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
principles. Strong
scripting and programming skills
, particularly in
Python , for system automation and operational efficiency. Deep understanding of
container technologies
, including container runtimes and orchestration platforms, with experience managing
production-grade environments . Experience working in
low-latency environments
, including kernel network bypass technologies such as
Solarflare OpenOnload . Familiarity with
infrastructure configuration, deployment processes
, and the
software development lifecycle (SDLC) , including change management best practices. Proven experience with
infrastructure and application monitoring tools , and the ability to leverage data-driven insights for operational improvements. Excellent
communication skills , both written and verbal.
