Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for their Remote location. Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Partner

is responsible for full-service recruitment support throughout the organization, including licensed and non-licensed medical professionals, corporate staff, leadership and other skillsets as assigned. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Managers to understand candidate requirements and establishes effective sourcing initiatives. Fosters and cultivates relationships with operations managers, key candidates and talent pools for just-in-time sourcing and strategic long-term pipeline development. Develops, executes, and monitors candidate search campaigns using a variety of internet search engines to produce quality candidates. Develops and executes innovative search techniques to generate a pool of candidates necessary to staff open positions. Researches and adopts innovative tools and approaches to sourcing efforts. Builds relationships and interfaces effectively with internal and external customers/partners. Delivers high quality, pre-screened active and passive candidates. Follow ups with both candidates and hiring managers committed and/or as needed. Reports on effective recruiting trends and makes recommendations based on recruiting data. Manages applicants for assigned positions. Conducts interviews, screens, and refers candidates as required. Supports Talent Acquisition planning and implementation, under direction from the TA Director, including evaluation and improvement of processes, data collection and reporting. Advances online recruitment strategies which may include the Client recruitment webpage, social media, agencies and more. Other recruitment strategies include managing job postings, attending job fairs, developing relations with community and regional physicians, coordinating and hosting recruitment events (both on-site and virtual). Conducts behavioral-based initial interviews and research with prospective candidates to identify the most appropriate fit. Provides on-site support to candidates and hiring teams or leads interviews as needed to ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Summarizes interview feedback and forwards completed candidate evaluations to the hiring manager for decision. Monitors deadlines during the offer negotiation process and acts as a neutral liaison with the candidate to assist in negotiation resolution, including tracking and documenting receipt of the offer to the candidate. Ensures timely offers. Ensures that candidates have an exceptional experience from first contact through onboarding. Prepares materials and attends job fairs and career days. Competent in using the Client applicant tracking system, Oracle, and other HR and Recruitment related systems. Advises and educates managers on recruitment strategies, policies and procedures. Backup onboarding process or TA Specialist as needed. May participate in administration and/or maintenance of HR databases; prepares, analyzes and reports as required. Models System values and norms, demonstrates alignment with regulatory and strategic directives. Demonstrates compliance with System standards in all circumstances. Meets performance standards and goals as assigned (e.g., sourcing, pipelining, time to fill, conversion rates). As a member of the Talent Acquisition and Human Resource team, may assist with other recruitment activities as assigned. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements

Bachelor degree in healthcare administration, health-related field or business administration is required or a minimum of 8 years of experience in technical, healthcare, executive level recruitment and high-volume sourcing, which may be accepted in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree. Recruitment Certification, AIRS Certification preferred. Minimum 5 year(s) of experience in licensed and non-licensed healthcare/hospital sourcing and full-service recruitment, high-volume growth recruitment in health organization preferred. Requires data management and business intelligence skills. Demonstrated high-level skill with Boolean searches. Experience with cold calling, cold emailing, texting and vetting candidates sourced. Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs; experience with Oracle preferred. Must be self-motivated and a self-starter who works well under pressure. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects. Requires a level of comfort with taking initiative and being accountable for teamwork and service excellence. Requires a broad range of experience with recruiting multiple skill sets and job functions. Knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry, terminology and standards. Must be highly organized with demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of requisitions. Requires superb communications skills, both verbal and written. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships. Demonstrates data management and business intelligence skills. Demonstrated high-level skill with Boolean searches. Exceptional interview skills and ability to discern character. Exceptional social skills and ability to establish strong rapport quickly with persuasive communication style. Demonstrate performance by adhering to established policies and procedures and exhibiting the defined characteristics associated with attendance and punctuality. Looking for candidates with full-cycle recruitment experience who can own their assigned requisitions, but also support the team ongoing or as needed. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions; supporting the team with interview coordination and candidate communication. General sourcing and building talent pipelines as assigned; assisting with event and conference planning. Supporting new hire onboarding. Proficiency in Smart Sheets and Excel. We need someone adaptable, detail-oriented, and collaborative, who can balance ownership of their requisitions with contributing to team initiatives. Prefer experience with Oracle Cloud.
