Director of Marketing
to lead our marketing organization and drive measurable growth. The Opportunity As Director of Marketing, you will set FireFly’s marketing vision, lead a growing team, and execute strategies that accelerate customer acquisition and revenue. You will oversee all aspects of marketing including digital, social media, brand, product marketing, events, and communications. You will also partner with the executive team on go-to-market strategy and public company communications. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance strategy with execution, build scalable processes, and create the marketing foundation to support FireFly’s rapid growth. What You’ll Do
Strategic Leadership
Build and execute FireFly’s long-term marketing strategy. Partner with executive leadership on product launches, go-to-market planning, and investor communications. Establish scalable processes and a marketing tech stack that supports fast growth. Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team. Define clear goals, performance metrics, and accountability standards. Manage external agencies and partners. Digital & Demand Generation
Lead digital marketing strategy across SEO, SEM, email, and paid social campaigns. Build and scale webinar and online event programs that educate customers and generate leads. Own marketing automation and CRM integration (HubSpot) to support lead management and tracking. Monitor and improve performance metrics such as cost-per-lead, customer acquisition cost, and pipeline velocity. Brand & Communications
Strengthen FireFly’s global brand positioning and messaging. Oversee corporate communications, PR, and media relations. Support public company communications including press releases and investor-related messaging. Build thought leadership programs that highlight FireFly’s innovation and executive expertise. Social Media Marketing
Develop a social media strategy that increases brand awareness, engagement, and inbound leads. Manage content creation and paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms. Events & Industry Engagement
Lead FireFly’s presence at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences. Partner with sales to maximize event-driven lead generation and pipeline growth. Analytics & Reporting
Define marketing KPIs and track ROI. Deliver regular performance updates to executive leadership and provide reporting aligned with public company standards. Adjust strategies based on data and market shifts. What We’re Looking For
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 3–5 years in a leadership role. Background in AgTech, robotics, manufacturing, or industrial equipment preferred. Proven record of developing marketing strategies that drive measurable revenue growth. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, webinars, and demand generation. Experience supporting marketing and communications in a public company environment. Data-driven mindset with strong skills in CRM and marketing automation (HubSpot preferred).
