We’re hiring a
Territory Manager
to lead sales and business development across Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania. You’ll walk fairways with superintendents, showcase FireFly’s autonomous mower technology, and help clubs and facilities modernize their turf operations. Expect to spend much of your time on the road, building relationships, leading demos, and closing deals that change the way turf is managed. What You’ll Do
Build strong relationships with superintendents, general managers, and turf decision-makers Conduct live, on-course demonstrations of FireFly’s autonomous mowers Represent FireFly at trade shows, tournaments, and industry events Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve quotas and growth targets Partner with Inside Sales and SDRs for seamless handoffs and follow-ups Track activity, pipeline, and results in HubSpot CRM Provide leadership with regular updates on territory performance and market trends Share field insights to improve FireFly’s sales playbook and product roadmap What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside sales experience in turf equipment, agriculture, sports turf, or related industries Familiarity with golf course or sports field management preferred Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals Excellent communication and presentation skills, from the course to the boardroom Willingness to travel 50–70% across the Great Lakes territory High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred You love being on the course and speaking the language of golf superintendents You thrive in a consultative, relationship-driven sales environment You’re motivated by uncapped earnings and entrepreneurial ownership of your territory You enjoy bringing cutting-edge technology to customers and changing the game for turf care Aggressive uncapped commission plan (six-figure earning potential) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Paid time off and holidays Paid training Company car and work-from-home flexibility Ready to Join Us?
