Director of Pharmacy
— Location: Emeryville, California; Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Salary:
$187,000 – $208,000 annually, depending on experience Responsibilities
As the
Director of Pharmacy , you’ll oversee and enhance all operational, clinical, and financial functions of the pharmacy department. This position focuses on system improvement, team development, and operational excellence to support safe and efficient patient care. Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of California Minimum five (5) years of pharmacy practice experience, with one (1)+ year in a supervisory role preferred Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal formulary and Medicaid operational systems Proficiency with hospital or clinic pharmacy software, including EHR and inventory systems Excellent leadership, organizational, and written communication skills Valid California Driver’s License and insurability under company policy Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams How to Apply
