$187,000 – $208,000 annually, depending on experience Position Summary
The
Director of Pharmacy
oversees all strategic, administrative, and clinical aspects of pharmacy management. Reporting to the Chief Clinical Officer, this position is responsible for advancing regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and financial stewardship. The ideal candidate combines operational leadership with a forward-looking approach to pharmacy innovation. Qualifications
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution Current Pharmacist licensure in the State of California Minimum five (5) years of pharmacy practice experience, with one (1)+ year in a supervisory role preferred Strong knowledge of Medi-Cal formulary and Medicaid operational systems Proficiency with hospital or clinic pharmacy software, including EHR and inventory systems Excellent leadership, organizational, and written communication skills Valid California Driver’s License and insurability under company policy Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams How to Apply
