We are looking for a Director of Strategy & Analytics to provide oversight and drive the planning and execution of our campaigns with a focus on delivering a best-in-class campaign strategy. This role is responsible for identifying and driving account growth opportunities while fostering innovation that delivers on our clients' business goals. The role works with one of the largest brand portfolios at Influential and will be responsible for delivering on quick-turn campaigns across a variety of verticals, including CPG, automotive, finance, pharmaceutical, and more. Partner with Creative, Revenue, and Client Solutions leads to develop insight-driven strategies for a portfolio of accounts focused on driving new business and scaling existing accounts Provide a sound business justification for investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and experience Drive the strategic direction for accounts by working directly with clients and the account team focusing on audience targeting, creative, and media distribution Answer client objectives by leveraging a deep understanding of the marketing funnel Ensure account media plan, messaging and measurement approach aligns with the account strategy and client's business goals Present/pitch the strategic approach and associated media strategy to the client along with Revenue and Client Solutions with the goal of aligning the client\'s KPIs to achieve successful business outcomes Work with the account team to interpret and present campaign data, providing recommended adjustments and optimizations leading to improved performance and account success Develop a strategic roadmap for each account with buy-in from the Revenue lead, Client Solutions and execution leads that outlines short and long-term strategies with tactical plans for driving business growth Lead the campaign recap process by translating campaign data into actionable insights and future optimizations across audience targeting, creative, planning, and media Elevate the team\'s skill level and knowledge in strategy by creating frameworks and mental models that can be replicated across portfolio teams Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience 8+ years agency experience in media buying/planning, omni-channel marketing, or previous strategy roles Deep understanding of end-to-end influencer campaigns, including creative strategy, creator frameworks, and measurement strategies Experience working closely with Creative teams to lead data driven campaign concepts Forward-thinking with a balance of strong analytical skills and creative thinking Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and Google Suite Expertise in media planning tools such as YouGov, GWI, Helixa, and Simmons Experience constructing Boolean queries and using social listening tools (Brandwatch, Infegy, etc.) to analyze mentions, sentiment, consumer cohorts, and trends Experience with survey design and quantitative survey analysis for audience segmentation and insights Knowledge of leveraging social content data and providing actionable insights and recommendations on content strategies driven by culture A highly collaborative team leader with a proven track record in effectively managing their own workload and proactively communicating with key stakeholders Proven ability to successfully work with and guide senior-level clients and internal portfolio teams Self-motivated and driven, enthusiastic about the digital space and multi-channel marketing Solid understanding of media buying and channel allocation best practices Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and apply strategic thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to interact professionally with external and internal clients Knowledgeable of all major social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube Stay up to date on the latest trends and innovations in the social realm Thrives within a dynamic and evolving environment, competent at generating process and structure where none exists Bonus points
