Manager, Strategy & Analytics
to help drive planning and execution of integrated influencer marketing initiatives, with a focus on delivering innovative always-on and campaign strategy, as well as competitive and category insights, for one or more of our Luxury Beauty clients. This role identifies and drives client-growth opportunities while fostering thinking that helps deliver on clients’ business goals. It works directly with clients to define goals, success metrics, and develops and activates strategies in collaboration with our Creator Management, Client Solutions, and Creative teams. On a typical day you can expect to: Partner with your Strategy & Analytics (S&A) manager and team members, Client Solutions leads, as well as Creative and Creator Management peers, to develop and drive insight-driven strategies for select accounts in the Luxury Beauty space Ensure the account media plan, messaging and measurement approach align with the account strategy and client’s business goals Present data-driven strategic approaches to the client to align KPIs, secure client buy-in, and implement plans to achieve business outcomes Work with the account team to interpret and present campaign data, providing recommended adjustments and optimizations leading to improved performance Provide sound business justifications for strategic investments in influencer marketing based on market trends, audience insights, past campaign data, and relevant experience Lead the campaign recap process by translating campaign data into actionable insights and future optimizations across audience targeting, creative, planning, and media This specific Manager, Strategy & Analytics role will require: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of agency experience in omnichannel marketing, influencer marketing, media buying/planning, and/or strategy/analytics roles Experience in-house or at an agency with digital marketing, influencer and/or social media for luxury brands (luxury beauty brands a major plus); understanding the pace and ethos of this space Knowledge of major social platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest; experience with X/Twitter, Snapchat, and Reddit is a plus but not required Client-service-focused strategist with proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to balance analytical and creative thinking in a fast-paced environment Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate and apply strategic thinking Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups) and Google Suite 2-3+ years of experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., Traackr, Sprout Social/Tagger, Radius, etc.) and comfort pulling/ analyzing creator, campaign, and competitive data Experience constructing Boolean queries and using social listening tools (e.g., QUID/Netbase, Brandwatch, Infegy) to analyze mentions, sentiment, cohorts, and trends Knowledge of leveraging social content data to provide actionable insights and recommendations Proven ability to manage own workload and proactively communicate with key stakeholders Bonus points for: Interest in Luxury brands, Beauty space, Social Media and Influencer trends, and Pop Culture Record of developing and implementing innovative ROI-focused ideas Ability to guide senior-level clients and internal teams Proficiency in media planning and/or syndicated research tools (YouGov, GWI, Helixa, Simmons) Experience with survey design and quantitative survey analysis for audience segmentation Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment Salary Range:
