We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape, build, and deliver AI-powered solutions that transform how customers interact with their information. This role involves collaborating with leaders across product, engineering, and design to turn customer insights and emerging AI capabilities into real-world impact. What You’ll Do
Collaborate with leadership to define and drive the roadmap for AI-powered solutions, assessing new product ideas and enhancements. Own and manage the product backlog, reflecting business priorities and customer needs. Create detailed, actionable product specifications with clear acceptance criteria. Partner with engineering and design to ensure successful and timely delivery of features from planning to release. Align priorities across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Conduct backlog grooming to refine, prioritize, and scope upcoming work with a focus on customer impact and feasibility. Monitor delivery to identify blockers, risks, or dependencies and facilitate solutions. Gather feedback from stakeholders and customers to set priorities and inform iterative improvements. Analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive product decisions and improvements. Document and communicate product capabilities and timelines with internal teams to support go-to-market efforts. Stay engaged with evolving AI technologies and trends in the legal industry. What You’ll Need to Be Successful
4+ years of experience in software development, legal technology, and/or product management. Technical aptitude and passion for building innovative products; willingness to learn in a fast-moving space. Ability to leverage qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions and prioritization. Metrics-driven mindset with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Hands-on experience with Scrum or other product development methodologies. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership. Strong collaboration and leadership abilities to work with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Experience with backlog management and tooling (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). The compensation range for this position is: $120,000 - $140,000. The posted cash compensation includes on-target earnings. Individual packages are determined based on factors such as career level, skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
