$175,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr Responsibilities

Governance & Client Success

Establish and lead a 3-tier governance structure across Salesforce strategic accounts. Own and lead executive steering committee meetings for strategic accounts. Own and drive Customer Satisfaction Surveys (CSAT) and Team Satisfaction Surveys (TSAT) improvements through proactive engagement and measurable improvement plans. Act as the senior executive point of contact for escalations, ensuring resolution and client trust. Facilitate quarterly/annual business reviews with client executives.

Growth & Expansion

Partner with account leadership on strategies for account expansion Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities by aligning client needs with Salesforce capabilities. Ensure value realization is demonstrated to clients to reinforce retention and growth.

Delivery Excellence & Operations

Standardize delivery best practices, playbooks, and assets across engagements. Monitor and reduce revenue leakage, protecting and improving execution margins. Ensure risk management and quality frameworks are embedded in every project. Drive process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Build, scale, and inspire a high-performance Salesforce delivery organization Lead demand and workforce planning, certifications, and succession strategies. Champion a culture of employee engagement, with clear plans to manage attrition. Mentor Salesforce Delivery management to develop strong leadership depth.

Financial & Business Accountability

Own engagement margin for Salesforce delivery engagements across NA. Provide transparent reporting on delivery KPIs: margin, on-time delivery, client health, and growth. Support new business pursuits through solutioning, proposal reviews and approvals, workshops, and executive-level presentations.

Thought Leadership & Market Presence

Represent RD in executive client forums, Salesforce partner events, and industry roundtables. Stay ahead of emerging Salesforce and AI innovations to embed into delivery strategy. Position RD as a trusted advisor, elevating client engagement from delivery to transformation.

Qualifications

10+ years of IT delivery experience with at least 7 years in Salesforce programs. Proven leadership of multi-million-dollar Salesforce portfolios. Track record of driving account expansion, governance, and client satisfaction. Strong P&L management experience with ability to safeguard execution margin and reduce leakage. Experience building and scaling delivery organizations. Salesforce certifications strongly preferred. Skills
