Epitec is seeking a Buyer to join our automotive client's team. As a Buyer, the candidate will play a pivotal role in sourcing and negotiation for assigned automotive commodities.

Top Responsibilities Lead negotiations for commercial commodities (mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, controls). Manage supplier rebate and pricing agreements. Drive cost savings and efficiency through global benchmarking and strategic sourcing. Ensure compliance with corporate sourcing policies and procedures. Prepare RFQs, analyze bids, and recommend preferred suppliers. Issue purchase orders and manage material returns and cancellations. Collaborate cross-functionally to align technical and commercial requirements. Pursue recovery costs and support continuous improvement initiatives. ????
Top Qualifications Bachelors degree preferred. Strong negotiation and coordination abilities. Knowledge of commercial contracts and international trade rules. Financial acumen (cost analysis, basic accounting). Technical understanding of manufacturing processes and component specs. Familiarity with SAP, MS Office, and Excel. Self-motivated, responsible, and customer-oriented. Effective time management and teamwork. Logical thinking and goal-driven mindset.
