Overview
Georgetown University seeks an Office Manager for the Capitol Campus. The role supports student services and programming to foster collaboration, belonging, and an integrated campus community on the 4th floor of the 111 Mass building. The position reports to the Associate Dean of Students and oversees day-to-day operations, student staff hiring, and some financial management tasks. Responsibilities
Manage the 4th floor facilities and office operations across divisions on the Capitol Campus. Oversee student staff hiring, onboarding, and human resources functions. Support student-related programming, logistics, and satisfaction initiatives. Collaborate with staff on the Capitol Campus floor and with Hilltop campus colleagues. Communicate with campus partners and maintain discretion with sensitive information. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree required 1-2 years of experience as an office manager or in student affairs, student formation, and/or student leadership development, or equivalent experience Flexibility to work night and weekend hours Understanding of Jesuit higher education is a plus Knowledge of Washington, DC is a plus Experience working with college students and diverse communities is preferred Work Mode
