The ideal candidate for this position must be familiar with Navien and or the plumbing and HVAC industry. This individual will need to implement sales plans to ensure achievement of agreed objectives and sales targets within a pre-defined region. They will need to manage sales functions and outputs to ensure that all sales aspects are effectively maximized to achieve regional and corporate sales objectives. They are experienced at creating, articulating and presenting high level presentations at the executive level and this person must be a person of integrity. They must also be able to work well in a team environment. Essential attributes include excellent communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to multitask and remain focused in high-pressure situations. This person dives into the details while always keeping the big picture in mind. In addition, the National Accounts Manager must be highly self-motivated, have a positive attitude and be resourceful and enthusiastic about sales and continued growth. Responsibilities: Plan and oversee sales targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers Investigate customers need and wants Develop annual account business trade plans Establish excellent relationship with key accounts and customers to keep up with customer needs and assist in substantially growing the business Serve as a contact person for customers and internal teams Research and source potential customers Ensure adherence to all relevant brand guidelines Track, measure and evaluate sales metrics and trends Track, measure and evaluate customer satisfaction metrics and trends Develop a business plan for new product launches Suggest innovative ways of increasing customer satisfaction Generate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling our product and services Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams Keep abreast of industry and market trend and best practices Requirements:

Pay Scale: $160,000 - $170,000 Base Salary DOE plus Annual Bonus Opportunity!
