Payroll Manager

for a

HYBRID

opportunity in Wayne, PA. The Payroll Manager will ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone with deep expertise in payroll regulations, tax compliance, and team development. Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for U.S. and Canadian employees Ensure compliance with federal, state/provincial, and local regulations Manage payroll schedules, reconciliations, and reporting cycles Partner with Finance, HR, and external vendors to ensure data integrity Lead internal controls and risk mitigation strategies Identify and implement process enhancements for accuracy and efficiency Serve as the primary contact for payroll-related inquiries and escalations Qualifications

5–7 years of progressive payroll experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role Proven expertise in U.S. and Canadian payroll processing and tax compliance Strong understanding of payroll systems and HRIS integrations Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Experience with payroll audits, filings, and regulatory reporting Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field Compensation

Salary:

$90,000-$111,000 Comprehensive Benefits:
