Role: Payroll Manager – North America (U.S. & Canada)
Location: Wayne PA (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent.
We're looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to lead payroll operations across the U.S. and Canada.
This role ensures employees are paid accurately and on time, keeps us compliant with tax laws, and improves payroll processes.
You’ll manage a small team, work closely with HR and Finance, and use your expertise to make payroll smooth and efficient.
What You’ll Do
Run payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees, making sure everything is correct and on schedule.
Stay up to date on tax laws and payroll rules in both countries.
Handle payroll reports, audits, and payments to government agencies.
Lead and support the payroll team, helping them grow and work well together.
Improve payroll systems and processes using automation and data.
Work with other departments to solve payroll issues and support company changes.
Share payroll insights and updates with senior leaders.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or similar.
5–7 years of payroll experience, including 3+ years managing a team.
Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian payroll and tax rules.
Experience with payroll systems and HR software.

for managing payroll data.
Microsoft Excel
for analyzing payroll info (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
