Mountain View, Cupertino and San Jose Shift/ Schedule: Week 1: Sun 9a-6p, Tue-Fri 8a-4:30p Week 2: Tue – Fri 8a-4:30p, Sat 9a-6p Every other weekend (3-day weekend) available Compensation:

Imaging Specialist II , under general supervision, performs diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray to support physicians in diagnosis and treatment. Responsibilities include: Operate conventional radiographic equipment to obtain high-quality images of designated areas while adhering to safety standards and clinical protocols. Support or perform more complex procedures, including preparation and administration of contrast media, and assist physicians with sterile techniques during specialized exams. Demonstrate proficiency in two or more imaging modalities (e.g., X-ray/Fluoroscopy, DEXA, Mammography, CT) with a high standard of patient care, safety, and image quality across all assigned areas. Essential Functions Patient care & imaging procedures: perform routine and specialized radiologic procedures, including fluoroscopic studies and additional modalities (e.g., DEXA). Explain procedures to patients to reduce anxiety and encourage cooperation; position patients for optimal imaging; use immobilization devices as needed. Adjust techniques and exposure factors based on patient characteristics to ensure diagnostic quality while applying ALARA principles. Follow strict radiation protection protocols; model organizational WeCare principles in patient interactions. Operational Duties & Equipment Management Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of imaging equipment; coordinate service with vendors or internal resources. Prepare images for interpretation; ensure clarity, proper labeling, and quality control. Complete and maintain patient records, logs, forms, QA/QC reports; document QA/QC measures per department protocols. Administration & Compliance Complete special assignments and projects to support departmental goals; input and maintain follow-up data in the system. Support a positive patient experience and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Comply with organizational policies (HR, safety, HIPAA, regulatory) and maintain required training and certifications; work in alignment with schedules and best practices. Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Current California Certified Radiologic Technologist License (CRT) Current California Fluoroscopy Permit Current Radiology Licensure with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists – (R)ARRT BLS certification Two (2) years of experience with an EMR Experience with a PACS or RIS system Typing speed of at least 40 WPM Strong verbal and written communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team; effective organization and prioritization Understanding of ambulatory care environment and healthcare market trends; financial acumen and data reporting skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization/reporting tools Ability to communicate complex information to executive and board-level audiences Preferred
