Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between Business, Architecture, and Engineering teams
Champion the customer experience by ensuring all technical solutions are designed with end-user impact in mind
Translate business-defined requirements into detailed functional requirements
Oversee documentation of epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support QA and development teams during build, test, and deployment phases
Qualifications
Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical product management, solution delivery, or project coordination roles
At least 3 years of strong understanding of system integration, APIs, data flows, and enterprise application architecture
2+ years of experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc.)
Excellent documentation skills for features, user stories, and process flows
Strong communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Background in logistics or brokerage business
Understanding of data modeling, reporting, or system integrations (e.g., ETL, APIs)
Experience coordinating delivery across distributed or matrixed teams
Technical degree (CS, MIS, Engineering) or equivalent experience
