Overview
The Governance Risk and Control (GRC) team is a pillar of the CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation Business Execution Office and is responsible for ensuring that risk and control practices are executed in alignment with Citi standards and compliance with regulatory requirements. The GRC Risk and Control Lead will establish and implement routines to drive accountability and timely delivery of risk and control commitments. This role offers the opportunity to interact with senior management across the CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation team and requires collaboration with key partners outside of CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation, including Technology, Data Office, Business Units, and Risk. This role will report to the Head of Governance Risk and Controls within the CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation Business Execution Office. Responsibilities
The GRC Risk and Control Lead will manage a team responsible for strengthening the governance and control environment supporting RWA/Capital, Liquidity Reporting, Recovery and Resolution Planning, First Line Testing, Transformation, and CBNA reporting. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Identify issues and risks and escalate, as necessary Develop presentation materials on Risk and Control topics to senior audiences Establish standard reporting for consolidated risk and control metrics for CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation Drive program management and project execution by creating and managing project plans and leading working groups Provide team mentorship and continuously build team subject matter expertise and skills Build partnerships with stakeholders outside of CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation, including Technology, Data Office, Business Units, and Risk Partner with leadership across RWA/Capital, Liquidity Reporting, Recovery and Resolution Planning, First Line Testing, Transformation, and CBNA reporting Assess best practices and synergies with risk and control across CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation Maintain inventory of Policies, Procedures and manuals owned by CBNA CFO & Finance Transformation organization. Ensuring alignment with firm standards Ensure quarterly attestation process is completed timely with relevant reporting provided to Senior Managements Support ongoing maintenance of end-to-end controls and CEAM process across Drive transparency and accountability for EUC remediation. Develop methods and routines to program manage solutions to eliminate Critical/High Risk EUCs Qualifications
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills Strong background in financial services with demonstrated understanding of Risk and Control best practices Strong RWA/Capital, Liquidity Reporting, Recovery and Resolution Planning, and/or Bank regulatory experience is preferred Strong communication skills, including verbal and written presentation skills An “ownership” and “problem solving” mindset Ability to synthesize and distill complex ideas into concise materials for senior audiences Ability to bring an independent point to view, providing appropriate review and challenge Ability to collaborate and drive consensus across function 15+ years of demonstrable experience in driving results Education
Bachelor’s Degree/University degree Compensation and Benefits
Primary Location: Tampa Florida United States Primary Location Full Time Salary Range: $170,000.00 - $300,000.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
