Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for lateral partner candidates, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand recruitment needs and strategies.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiters, candidates, and industry contacts.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to enhance the recruitment process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Assist in creating and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Partner Recruiting Specialist should have:
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices within the legal industry (required).
- Bachelors degree (required).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities.
