Responsibilities

Manage the successful delivery of integration projects at the workstream level

Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including status and stakeholder meetings

Develop and maintain project schedules while accurately tracking and reporting project status

Collaborate with business owners and IT to identify and assign necessary resources for projects

Implement mitigation strategies and communicate/escalate issues to stakeholders as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Minimum of two (2) years of healthcare insurance experience

Minimum of one (1) year of project management experience

Minimum of one (1) year of integration management experience is highly preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Teams, and Outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Experience working in project management software

Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare

Proven analytical and reporting skills

Ability to lead project teams effectively and efficiently
