Drive integration projects that improve operational efficiency and support strategic growth initiatives
Foster collaboration across engineering, product, operations, and business teams to create alignment
Establish program management frameworks and best practices for future initiatives
Manage program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery
Provide data-driven reporting and insights to leadership for informed decision-making
Qualifications
Proven experience leading large-scale integration programs from inception through delivery
Strong technical fluency in enterprise requirements and use cases
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership and align competing priorities
Mastery of program management fundamentals, including risk management and resource planning
Outstanding communication skills to translate complex concepts for non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing vendor relationships and third-party integrations
Familiarity with large back-office migrations/integrations such as HRIS, ERP, and CRM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of developing creative solutions
