Overview
Lockheed Martin Aeronautics is seeking a high energy individual with superior communication and organization skills to coordinate and manage Integrated Fighter Group Risks and Opportunities. This position will lead a team within the IFG Integration and Operations Office and will be responsible for: Promoting a positive Risk and Opportunity culture across the IFG enterprise Ensuring consistent, efficient, and effective application of risk and opportunity management process across IFG F-22 and F-16 Development, Production, Sustainment Programs Ensuring compliance to Aero Codes and internal Procedures. Performing Quality Control and Deep Dives of registers Working with and briefing executive leadership and customers to assess risks and opportunities across the IFG F-22 and F-16 programs Influencing any development items required to the Risk Tool Deciding on programmatic and strategic courses of action and driving the team to action Facilitating the utilization of the Risk Management processes across supplier, government, and partner organizations Serving as the OBS manager for multiple control accounts Performing review of bid and proposal activities Providing Risk Management process training to IFG Cross functional stakeholders Managing staffing forecasts and provide staffing recommendations Coaching and mentoring team members Travel may be required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree and/or equivalent Program/Project Management execution demonstrated experience Earned Value Management System (EVMS) Risk Management demonstrated experience Experience collaborating and presenting to cross-functional and executive level management Financial acumen Experience with compliance processes and audit responses

Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate\'s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
Benefits offered:
Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays.
