Technology Consulting – Managed Services - Salesforce & Digital Applications – Senior Manager. Lead the delivery of large-scale digital transformation initiatives leveraging Salesforce and other cloud-based platforms. Manage client relationships, oversee solution design and implementation, and drive innovation across digital ecosystems. This role requires deep experience in Salesforce, cloud technologies, and enterprise digital strategy. Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and digital application engagements within EY’s Managed Services framework. Oversee implementation, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.). Collaborate with clients to define digital strategies, transformation roadmaps, and platform architecture. Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and alignment with contractual SLAs and KPIs. Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions integrated with other enterprise platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Azure, AWS). Drive innovation through automation, AI/ML, and analytics embedded in digital workflows. Lead the development of reusable assets, accelerators, and best practices for Salesforce delivery. Manage cross-functional teams including developers, architects, analysts, and offshore delivery resources. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and capability building across the Salesforce practice. Collaborate with EY’s global delivery centers to ensure seamless execution of managed services. Monitor and report on service performance, incident resolution, and enhancement requests. Implement governance models and operational playbooks for sustained service delivery. Support go-to-market strategy for Salesforce and digital services within Managed Services. Lead proposal development, solutioning, and client presentations. Contribute to thought leadership, industry events, and EY’s digital community. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field. 10–12 years of experience in Salesforce and digital application delivery. Proven track record of leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations. Experience in managed services or long-term service delivery models. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, APIs, and security. Preferred

Master’s degree or MBA. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Application Architect, Admin, Developer). Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and DevOps practices. Familiarity with other digital platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Adobe Experience Manager, Microsoft Power Platform). Skills & Attributes
