The Independent Energy/Power Industry's #1 Search Executive Energy Only / IDC Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – LNG & Cryogenic Logistics The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the senior executive responsible for leading the company’s overall strategy, operations, and financial performance across its LNG, CNG, RNG, and cryogenic gas logistics platform. The CEO will drive profitable growth, ensure operational integrity, and position the company as a leader in clean-fuel logistics and cryogenic transportation. This role requires a visionary executive with deep energy-sector expertise, capable of aligning strategic priorities, optimizing assets, and guiding the organization through expansion in both traditional and renewable markets. Primary Duties & Responsibilities

Define, communicate, and execute the company’s mission and long-term growth strategy, with a focus on market diversification, capital efficiency, and sustainable logistics solutions. Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring safe, reliable, and compliant transport of LNG and cryogenic gases across terminals, fleets, and storage facilities. Maintain strong fiscal discipline across all business units, managing P&L performance, capital structure, and risk mitigation. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking processes to ensure transparency and accountability. Identify and secure new commercial opportunities across industrial, power generation, and renewable fuel markets. Build long-term offtake, supply, and transportation agreements that expand revenue and market share. Cultivate a performance-driven culture centered on safety, innovation, and integrity. Lead succession planning, leadership development, and organizational design initiatives. Report directly to the Board of Directors, providing strategic updates, financial performance reports, and market outlooks to support data-driven decision-making. Ensure adherence to all DOT, PHMSA, FERC, and EPA regulations related to LNG and cryogenic transport. Embed a proactive risk management framework across operations and corporate functions. Serve as the company’s primary representative to investors, regulators, customers, and community partners. Strengthen corporate reputation and stakeholder trust through transparent communication and strong governance. Champion the deployment of emerging technologies, including telemetry, AI logistics optimization, and carbon-reduction initiatives, positioning the company at the forefront of the clean-fuel transition. Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering preferred. Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership experience in LNG, industrial gases, or energy logistics, including full P&L responsibility for a $200M+ enterprise. Strong understanding of cryogenic transport, terminal operations, and regulatory frameworks. Experience managing fleets, terminals, or liquefaction/re-gasification assets is highly desirable. Proven track record in capital markets, M&A, debt optimization, and large-scale infrastructure investment. Demonstrated ability to inspire high-performing teams, foster cross-functional collaboration, and navigate complex regulatory and operational environments. Deep understanding of energy transition dynamics, hydrogen and RNG markets, and evolving markets. Core Competencies
