Chief Commercial Officer
to join a fast-growing distributed energy platform. This is a critical leadership role – you’ll set the direction for origination, oversee development strategy, and build the commercial infrastructure to take the business to its next stage of growth. What You’ll Do
Lead the
origination strategy , with a focus on
behind-the-meter natural gas fuel cells and distributed natural gas products , as well as solar/storage opportunities. Build out and lead a
true sales function
– putting in place the systems, processes, and team to scale nationwide. Oversee
early to mid-stage project development , including site origination and partnership structuring with land agents, commercial real estate groups, and large power users. Drive the design and execution of the company’s overall commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with long-term growth plans. Partner closely with the CFO and executive team to position the business for continued expansion. What We’re Looking For
Proven track record of
originating and deploying behind-the-meter natural gas solutions . This is a must. Experience with
distributed energy projects
– solar and storage exposure a plus. Strong leadership background – ability to
build sales infrastructure
and manage origination teams. Strategic mindset with the ability to close complex deals and create scalable commercial processes. Based in New York (preferred), or willing to commit to significant in-office presence. Compensation
