Financial Solutions Advisor Registration Candidate - Piedmont Financial Center. Base pay range $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements and involves residential loan mortgage originations requiring registration with the federal registry system and maintaining good standing. The role supports Bank of America’s commitment to Responsible Growth, client care, and an inclusive workplace. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), you will begin by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, with dedicated classes for the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. After licenses are obtained, you will learn foundational skills to acquire, build and manage client relationships, assess a client’s financial picture, and provide advisory solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will eventually work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The Academy provides programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. Progression: Once you demonstrate success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, you may advance to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to deepen client relationships and grow a portfolio. The Academy supports you with ongoing programs and resources. This position may require in-office attendance with role-specific flexibility. We’ll help you Build a successful career at Bank of America through world-class training and onboarding programs. Receive training and one-on-one coaching from Academy managers. Grow knowledge through a defined consultative approach to identify client needs and appropriate solutions. Earn SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted in lieu of 66) with structured study time; obtain SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days. Build your network by engaging with banking customers, small business owners, and higher net worth clients. Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, client reviews/presentations, and recommended strategies to help clients achieve goals. Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to meet clients’ financial needs. Required Qualifications Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses. Self-discipline in managing time and capacity. Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs, and recommending solutions. Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Results-driven mindset; prioritizes client interests in a complex, fast-paced environment. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology or applications.
