Design and implement internal communication plans and initiatives that align with company goals and values. Develop compelling content for various internal channels, including emails, intranet articles, and newsletters. Plan and execute company-wide events, including all-hands meetings, overseeing content and logistics. Partner with senior leadership to craft communication materials for internal audiences. Develop communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives. Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. 6-8 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex information. Proven experience in planning and executing company-wide events, particularly all-hands meetings. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex workstreams. Skills
