Location: 638 N 13th St, San Jose, CA 95112 Schedule: Night shifts Team Structure: Work independently with the support of one assistant Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a dough sheeter with precision and efficiency. Prepare and bake a variety of breads, hand pies, and cakes. Follow established recipes and ensure consistent product quality. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment. Oversee production timelines to ensure all items are ready as scheduled. Train and supervise the assistant baker as needed. Qualifications
Proven experience as a baker, preferably in a commercial or high-volume setting. Proficiency with dough sheeters and other bakery equipment. Strong hand-pie and bread-making skills. Ability to work independently and manage a small team. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards. Availability to work night shifts and meet production demands. Benefits
