Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Emerging Markets LATAM Fixed Income Trader to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on trader who can accurately price and execute fixed income securities including corporate and sovereigns across LATAM region, U.S. High Yield, and U.S. Investment Grade, directly with real-money institutional clients. In addition to strong execution skills, the trader must bring established relationships with end-client accounts, with a proven track record of both maintaining and growing client flows. Responsibilities Execute fixed income trades across LATAM corporate/sovereign bonds, U.S. High Yield, and Investment Grade markets, ensuring best execution and compliance. Maintain and grow institutional client relationships (asset managers, pension funds, insurers, private banks), delivering tailored trade ideas and market intelligence. Originate new business opportunities, expanding institutional coverage across LATAM, the U.S., and offshore centers. Provide competitive, timely pricing and optimize execution through internal and third-party trading desks. Ensure regulatory compliance by accurately documenting transactions and coordinating with AML/KYC teams. Leverage EMS/OMS platforms and analytics tools to improve pricing efficiency, execution quality, and liquidity identification. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Series 7 required. 5+ years of experience in fixed income sales (emerging markets, high yield, and sovereign bonds); LATAM local currency knowledge preferred. Proven track record in acquiring and managing institutional client relationships. Strong market knowledge with excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to work remotely or from Miami or San Juan, PR, with up to 25% travel. Committed to highest ethical standards and full regulatory compliance.
