Litigation Associate - Austin Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their Litigation Practice in Austin, Texas. Qualifications
3-6 years of litigation experience Experience working on a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters including antitrust, construction, product liability, real estate, financial services, energy, and other areas Strong familiarity with applicable federal, state and local rules Experience with taking depositions, briefing and arguing dispositive and discovery motions, and interfacing with clients and opposing counsel Mediation, arbitration, and trial experience is a plus Strong motivation and outstanding interpersonal skills Excellent writing skills Ability to work independently to manage a myriad of deadlines and thrive in a team environment JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Admitted to the Texas State Bar About Us
