Overview
We are seeking an attorney to join our Orange County, California office as an Associate. Our dynamic Litigation Group is known for its comprehensive approach to handling matters representing insurance clients in general defense work. This position is hybrid in our Orange County office. Base pay range : $118,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Overseeing litigation and managing multiple cases from intake through settlement, arbitration or trial. Developing and implementing litigation strategies and budgets. Conducting and defending depositions and arguing dispositive motions. Providing strategic legal advice to clients in automobile-related, real estate, and employment disputes. Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements. Preparing and drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and supporting briefs for court hearings, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Assisting with marketing and business development efforts to drive firm growth and strengthen client relationships. Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law school 1 to 5+ years
of litigation experience (Required) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional writing, organizational, and advocacy skills Benefits
