Vice President, Revenue Cycle Management

This role leads Homecare Homebase's Revenue Cycle Services, reporting to the CFO and working with the Executive Leadership Team across Product, Finance, Client Success, and Engineering. The Vice President of Revenue Cycle Services has full P&L ownership and will drive strategic rigor, operational depth, and client-centric innovation to a critical revenue-generating function. This role is based in Dallas, Texas with flexibility for remote/hybrid work. Occasional travel (~10–20%) may be required for client visits, team engagement, and executive leadership meetings. What You Will Do

Strategic & Financial Leadership: Set the strategic vision and roadmap for RCM; own full P&L accountability, including pricing strategy, financial forecasting, service profitability, and ROI delivery. Act as executive sponsor for major RCM clients and strategic partnerships. Operational Excellence: Lead all facets of revenue cycle operations (coding, billing, collections, denials management, cash reconciliation, credentialing, and reporting). Use KPIs, workflow automation, and best practices to improve speed, accuracy, and cash flow performance; ensure delivery of client SLAs and compliance benchmarks. Global Team Management: Lead a diverse, high-performing onshore and offshore team; foster a culture of accountability, agility, and client excellence; hire, develop, and retain top talent with leadership succession planning. Client Engagement & Growth: Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, and Client Success to support onboarding, expansion, and value delivery; serve as a trusted advisor to clients on optimizing RCM performance. Risk, Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS), payer policies, and audit frameworks; monitor industry and payer changes affecting RCM operations. What You Will Bring

15+ years of progressive leadership in Revenue Cycle Management, preferably in complex care settings (home health, hospice, post-acute, or multi-site healthcare services). Proven ability to scale multi-site/global operations and lead large cross-functional teams. Deep P&L ownership experience with a track record of improving financial performance and client satisfaction. Expert-level understanding of RCM processes, coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCC), payer policy, and regulatory landscape; familiarity with EMR/RCM software platforms and healthcare payment ecosystems. Experience implementing or partnering on RCM automation, AI/ML-based claims adjudication, or workflow optimization solutions. Executive presence with strong communication, negotiation, and strategic problem-solving skills. About Us
