What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead research initiatives to uncover user insights that inform product strategy and design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across the full product lifecycle
Present findings and engage stakeholders to build consensus on research outcomes
Synthesize complex data into actionable insights that drive innovation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or a related field
6+ years of experience conducting UX research in a consultancy, agency, or non-agency enterprise environment
Proven experience leading research efforts from discovery to validation
Strong portfolio or case studies showcasing impactful research outcomes and methodologies
Proficiency with research tools such as UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Dovetail, or similar platforms
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with survey and analytic platforms such as Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Google Analytics, and Hotjar
Skills in statistical analysis and data visualization using tools like Tableau or Power BI
Knowledge of inclusive design principles and ethical research practices
Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences
