We are partnering with an innovative biotechnology company to identify a highly motivated Senior Cost Accounting Manager to join its finance team in Los Angeles, California. Reporting directly to the Director of Cost Accounting, this individual will lead cost-related activities supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and product operations. This role offers direct involvement in the financial infrastructure that supports the delivery of solutions to patients suffering from various conditions. The position follows a hybrid model with 2 days onsite per week and quarterly travel to the Los Angeles-area headquarters. Manage the end-to-end cost accounting processes for manufacturing and supply chain, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare, validate, and analyze standard cost reports, BOMs, and product cost variances. Investigate inventory adjustments and discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting. Partner with internal teams on new product costing, physical inventories, and budgeting cycles. Support ERP cost roll updates and ongoing data integrity in Microsoft Dynamics 365. Lead or support ad hoc analyses, cost studies, and cross-functional financial projects. Collaborate closely with quality, supply chain, and operations stakeholders to align financial practices with business objectives. Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required Minimum 7 years of cost accounting or manufacturing finance experience Strong experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred) Prior experience in life sciences, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries a plus Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and communicate with operational teams Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; must be detail-oriented and adaptable in a fast-paced environment About Sayva Solutions
