Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline. Minimum of

3 years of experience in cost accounting or operations finance , with preference for candidates with leadership roles in large organizations or public accounting. Proficiency with ERP systems and a strong background in manufacturing or inventory-intensive environments. Exceptional analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced setting with a focus on cross-functional partnership. Key Responsibilities

Oversee and refine cost accounting processes, from raw material procurement to finished product valuation, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Drive the implementation and enhancement of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, establishing robust frameworks for inventory and cost management. Collaborate with supply chain and production teams to ensure precise cost data and informed strategic decision-making. Lead standard costing analyses, evaluate gross margins, and support financial readiness for new product introductions. Develop and maintain performance dashboards, financial reports, and metrics to monitor and enhance operational outcomes. Contribute to monthly financial close processes, including purchase price variance (PPV) analysis, productivity assessments, and inventory projections. Identify and implement cost optimization strategies to improve operational effectiveness and profitability.
