They will drive recruiting efforts, external relationship building, and relationship management with Business Leaders. The TABP is responsible for ensuring that staffing needs are met. Lead and execute all Talent Acquisition strategy to support assigned areas of business, including full lifecycle recruiting efforts Manage client activities within assigned areas and build relationships with business leaders to gauge needs and influence hiring decisions Partner with Hiring Managers to define position accountabilities and candidate success factors Understand performance needs of positions and how they contribute to the organization Outline expectations for the recruitment process to source and select the best-qualified candidates Present qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner Review candidate advantages and development opportunities and influence hiring decisions Identify issues early, resolve problems proactively, use data to make decisions, and provide status updates Source active and passive candidates using proactive sourcing methods, direct sourcing, and networking Leverage multiple channels (cold calling, database mining, internet searches, social media, referrals) to generate candidate leads Develop and execute sourcing plans to create pipelines, reduce time-to-fill, and improve candidate quality Maintain a pulse on top talent in the external marketplace for the assigned region Build a strong candidate pipeline and keep contact information up to date Foster relationships with active and passive candidates; understand motivations and needs Present the company and position details and set clear expectations Coach and train Hiring Managers and stakeholders on staffing processes to drive consistent selection methods Track and document activity in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with regulations Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Strong business acumen, relationship-building, and strategic mindset to execute talent attraction for assigned areas Proactive management of sourcing and recruiting up to offer stage Ability to manage client activities and influence hiring decisions Timely presentation of qualified candidates with consulting on hiring decisions Ability to develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans to manage time-to-fill and candidate quality Ability to foster relationships with active and passive candidates to build pipelines Proficiency in proactive sourcing and networking; provide coaching to hiring managers on staffing processes Set expectations with stakeholders, gain agreement on schedules and responsibilities Partner with TA Specialist to ensure successful onboarding Maintain activity in the ATS and ensure alignment with regulations and policies Identify opportunities to reduce risks to the company Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree (4 years) 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience including full lifecycle recruitment Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field 3 to 5 years of full lifecycle recruitment experience for exempt corporate roles Strong HR acumen including knowledge of OFCCP, EEOC, Title 7, and state/local laws Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates for skill and cultural fit Strong customer service, relationship-building, and advisory skills Ability to work across functions and levels with credibility Strong critical thinking and emotional intelligence with actionable recommendations Ability to work under pressure with positivity and adaptability High sense of urgency and attention to detail Work Environment
