Overview

Continuous Quality Improvement Manager at ND Health and Human Services, South Central Behavioral Health Clinic, Jamestown, ND. You will be part of the Southeast BHC Leadership Team, focusing on monitoring data, ensuring compliance with COA accreditation, state licensing, and certification standards, and applying evidence-based practices to support coordinated care and rapid cycle improvements. Responsibilities

Monitor clinical and operational data and maintain knowledge of regional and statewide policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Council on Accreditation (COA) accreditation, state licensing, and certification standards. Support the Leadership Team with rapid change cycles to address identified deficits and promote coordinated care and evidence-based practices. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience in quality management, project management, or data analysis. Additional work experience as specified may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Preferred: formal healthcare quality improvement experience and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, CPHQ, or similar certification. Valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation. Location & Employment Details
