A private equity-backed healthcare services company is seeking an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join its finance leadership team. This position will work closely with an exceptional CFO and lead the company through this exciting and dynamic season of rapid expansion and acquisitions. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys developing complex financial models that influence strategy, and scale operations in a fast-paced, multi-entity setting. Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr Location:

North Dallas area | HYBRID | Carrollton, Addison, Plano, Richardson Compensation:

Up to $175,000 base + 20-25% bonus Responsibilities

Financial Reporting: Lead development of financial reports, analysis, and metrics. Consolidate financial results and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership. Prepare monthly management reporting packages and presentations for leadership. Lead Forecasting & Budgeting Cycles: Own the end-to-end planning process, including model development and efficient data aggregation across entities. Prepare budgets, analyze trends, and identify improvement opportunities. Strategic Analysis & Modeling: Partner with CFO to maintain and enhance financial models to evaluate growth and investment opportunities, ad hoc financial modeling, and scenario analysis to support business decisions. Dashboard & KPI Development: Build and maintain models and dashboards to monitor performance across entities, practices, and locations. Acquisition Integration: Oversee the integration of new business units or acquisitions into existing reporting structures. Work closely with accounting, operations, and business leaders to align financial reporting and planning. Process Optimization: Enhance systems and workflows for financial data collection, reporting, and analysis. Implement process improvements and system efficiencies to scale with organizational growth. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5–8 years Public Accounting / Industry Mix; progressive experience in FP&A or Corporate Finance with Financial Modeling Experience in a Private Equity, Multi-Entity, Portfolio, or Similar Rapid-Growth, M&A Preferred

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or MBA Track record of building or improving FP&A processes and reporting infrastructure Additional details
