About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Manager to join our finance team in Aanta Ana, CA. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for overseeing the accounts payable function, ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, managing expense reports, and maintaining compliance with internal financial controls and policies. You’ll work closely with accounting and finance leadership to support budgeting, month-end close, and financial reporting. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll collaborate with multiple departments and external vendors. Responsibilities
Manage the full accounts payable cycle, including invoice processing, approvals, and payments Reconcile accounts payable transactions and vendor statements Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies Oversee employee expense reports and corporate credit card reconciliation Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Assist with budgeting, audits, and financial reporting as needed Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies Continuously improve AP processes for efficiency and accuracy Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar finance role Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in a non-profit organization is a plus Benefits
