Responsibilities
Accounts Payable processing: Managing vendor or supplier expectations. Working with our internal and external suppliers. Responsible for Company Credit Card Program. Responsible for processing Concur Travel & Expense Reporting administration and reimbursement. Ensure that all invoices are accurate and have been properly documented and approved by the authorizing Purchasing Departments and/or good receipts have been entered into the system prior to making a payment. Weekly review of Invoice Block report prior to payment run processing; resolve and reconcile any discrepancies to release off report prior to payment run. Verifying and procuring proper Internal Revenue Service documentation such as 1099 and W-9 forms from vendors. Addressing any significant past due invoices presented for payment directly with the supplier for resolution. Answer inquiries from suppliers, research discrepancies, and respond in a timely manner. Reconcile month-end activities. Qualifications
Associate's degree/Bachelor or higher in accounting. 5-7+ years' experience in accounting. Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills. Attention to detail; experience in bookkeeping and accounts payable environment. Good interpersonal and oral communications skills; able to communicate with vendors in a friendly and professional manner. Strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize. Ability to manage vendor payments in a professional manner. Process-oriented with ability to set up and troubleshoot. About the culture
