Manage and develop a mid to moderately complex group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential Prospect and appoint new agents while exceeding growth and profit objectives Collaborate with team members on product, pricing, and agency management decisions Execute sales strategies to increase Travelers’ market share within the assigned territory Provide substantial support to agents, including training and resolving customer service issues Qualifications

A minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience preferred Intermediate knowledge of agency diagnostics and the ability to assess agency operations Advanced communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver professional presentations Advanced relationship management skills to work effectively with internal and external customers Preferred Qualifications
