What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Manage and develop a group of agency assignments, optimizing growth potential

Prospect for new business and appoint new agents to meet production expectations

Collaborate with agents to identify cross-selling opportunities and provide support

Complete strategic marketing plans for territory to address challenges and opportunities

Assist agents with system issues and ensure proper training on products and services

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of three years of professional and influential work experience

Intermediate knowledge of Agency Diagnostics and ability to assess agency operations

Advanced relationship management and communication skillsi>

Ability to influence agents to quote and sell products effectively

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Five years of sales experience or insurance industry experience

Bachelor's Degree

Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to demonstrate resilience

Intermediate technical savvy with quick adaptability to new systems

Experience in delivering professional presentations
