Responsibilities
Provide strategic technical leadership and oversight for global malaria program activities
Develop and implement detailed workplans and operational frameworks for malaria services
Ensure alignment of malaria programming with national and global health initiatives
Lead capacity-building efforts and technical support for country teams and partners
Oversee the creation of technical components of malaria program designs and budgets
Qualifications
Master’s Degree or its International Equivalent in Public Health, Tropical Medicine, Health, International Development, or Related Field
Minimum of 15+ years of relevant experience in malaria program implementation and technical leadership
Familiarity with USG, DOS, and PMI program guidance and operational approaches
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Documented experience providing technical assistance and capacity building in global malaria programming
Preferred Qualifications
Doctorate Degree preferred
Experience with FHI 360 or similar PEPFAR/PMI-funded programs
Documented experience as an invited speaker/presenter at relevant conferences
Experience developing strategy and/or performance standards for malaria projects
Prior work experience in a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, or private organization
