Director of Global Income Tax Compliance . This is a

hands-on, individual contributor role

where you’ll take ownership of all global income tax reporting and compliance activities. If you’re someone who enjoys tackling complex tax provisions, coordinating across multiple countries, and being the “go-to” technical expert for leadership, this could be the right fit. What You’ll Do

Manage all

U.S. partnership tax filings

(Form 1065, K-1s, allocations, basis tracking). Oversee

international tax compliance

for foreign subsidiaries and affiliates, working closely with local advisors in EMEA and APAC. Lead quarterly and annual

tax provisions under ASC 740

and ensure accurate global reporting under

IFRS . Prepare and review

tax disclosures, footnotes, and reconciliations

for financial statements. Partner with accounting, legal, and finance teams on

cross-border structuring, acquisitions, and internal controls . Maintain strong documentation and ensure processes are

SOX-compliant

and audit-ready. What You Bring

8+ years

of progressive tax experience in a mix of

Big 4 public accounting

and

corporate environments . Solid background in

U.S. partnership taxation

— Subchapter K, allocations, and basis adjustments. Strong working knowledge of

ASC 740

and

IFRS

for global tax reporting. Experience managing or reviewing

international compliance

across multiple jurisdictions. CPA or Master’s in Taxation

preferred. A self-starter who enjoys technical depth, cross-functional collaboration, and influencing decisions at the leadership level. Why It’s a Great Opportunity
