What You’ll Own We’re looking for a battle-tested
Project Supervisor
who can
deliver $1.5M+ in painting projects annually —on time, on budget, and beyond client expectations. You’ll take charge of schedules, crews, subcontractors, and client communication—ensuring that every project reflects Gables & Grove’s high standards for quality, sustainability, and service.
This isn’t an entry-level role. You’ll lead from the front, solve problems fast, and keep production running smoothly—without waiting for directions.
We don’t babysit. And neither will you.
Role Clarity Framework A. Primary Functions Project Oversight:
Manage all phases of painting projects to hit quality, safety, and schedule goals.
Client Experience:
Act as the main point of contact for clients—keeping them informed, satisfied, and confident.
Team Leadership:
Coordinate, schedule, and evaluate subcontractors and crews to ensure high performance.
Safety & Compliance:
Enforce OSHA standards and company safety protocols on every site.
Sustainability:
Implement eco-friendly and waste-reduction practices aligned with company values.
Brand Presence:
Support local marketing efforts with site signage, photos, and social media content.
B. Systems Ownership You’ll fully own and operate:
Builder-trend
(project scheduling and reporting)
Google Workspace
(communication and documentation)
CompanyCam
(photo documentation and site updates)
$1.5M in annual production delivered at
48.5–52.4% gross profit margins
4.9+ average Google rating
from 45+ new customer reviews per year
10% annual revenue growth
through upsells and project enhancements
Consistent documentation of daily progress, safety, and project updates
D. Support Task Delegation Admin support
handles invoicing, permit tracking, and basic client follow-up
Marketing support
manages social content and advertising
You stay focused on
production, people, and performance
Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in
project supervision , ideally within painting or construction trades
Proven ability to lead crews, manage subcontractors, and maintain client satisfaction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with OSHA standards and safety best practices
Problem-solver mindset—proactive, not reactive
