Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our production team in the creation of high-quality content across various platforms. As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from assisting with pre-production planning and logistics to helping on set during shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination and organization of production schedules and timelines
• Help in setting up and breaking down production equipment and sets
• Support the production team by gathering and preparing necessary materials and props
• Run errands as needed, including picking up supplies and assisting with transportation
• Maintain an organized production area and ensure all equipment is properly stored
• Assist with paperwork, including call sheets and talent releases

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in film, media, or a related field
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in basic computer applications and editing software
• Previous experience in a production environment is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
